Two officers-in-charge (OCs) of police stations in Narayanganj have been closed and attached to the police lines, officials said today (5 April).
The officers are Abdul Barek, OC of Siddhirganj Police Station, and Abdul Halim, OC of Narayanganj Sadar Model Police Station.

Additional Superintendent of Police (Operations and Crime) for Narayanganj, Tarek Al Mehedi, said the action was taken through an official order issued on the day.
"They have been closed from their respective stations and attached to the police lines," he said.
