After visiting several areas in the district, BSS's Cumilla correspondent observed that the district administration and police are working diligently to identify road and highway issues and resolve them promptly.
The primary causes of traffic congestion on the Cumilla-Chattogram section of the highway include the movement of three-wheelers, vehicles driving in the wrong direction, illegal parking, unauthorized CNG stands, the entry of local vehicles onto the highway, random pedestrian crossings, illegal roadside structures, and slow processing at toll plazas.
