Leaders react to agreement on first phase of Trump's Gaza deal

US President Donald Trump said Israel and Hamas had reached a deal for a Gaza ceasefire and hostage release under the first phase of his plan for ending the two-year-old war in the Palestinian enclave.

Following are comments on the agreement from leaders and officials around the world:
