Israeli settlers attack Jalud village, set homes on fire
A group of settlers targeted two homes belonging to the Al-Tubasi family, Anadolu reported, citing local sources.
Israeli settlers attacked a Palestinian village in the northern West Bank and set fire to two homes, according to local sources.
The attack took place in Jalud, south of Nablus, today (29 September), reports Al Jazeera.
A group of settlers targeted two homes belonging to the Al-Tubasi family, Anadolu reported, citing local sources.
The family had returned home earlier that day following an Israeli court order. They had been displaced for nearly two months.
The fires caused extensive damage to both homes, the sources said.
Israeli forces reportedly protected the settlers and sent additional troops to the area.
The forces also ordered members of the Al-Tubasi family to leave their home again at gunpoint, according to the sources.
