At least 16 terrorists were killed in separate security operations across Pakistan's southwestern Balochistan province, security officials said today (23 September)
In Mastung district, security forces killed nine terrorists after they attempted to attack a security checkpost. One soldier was injured during a heavy exchange of fire, and security personnel recovered heavy weapons, ammunition and three motorcycles from the scene. Security officials said that operations will continue until the threat is eliminated.
