The list of countries hit by Trump tariffs
The move is expected to escalate global trade tensions and impact international trade relations

The United States has imposed higher reciprocal tariffs on several countries as part of President Donald Trump's proposed trade policy, arguing that these nations charge significantly higher duties on American goods.
The move is expected to escalate global trade tensions and impact international trade relations.
Here is the list of countries affected by the tariff adjustments:

Bangladesh, with a 37% discounted US tariff, is among the countries facing some of the highest trade restrictions, particularly affecting its garment exports. However, other nations bear even greater impacts—Cambodia (49%), Sri Lanka (44%), and Vietnam (46%) all experience steeper US tariffs under the new policy.
Meanwhile, China (34%), at the centre of Washington's ongoing trade tensions, continues to be a key target.
Despite traditionally strong ties with Washington, Israel (17%) and the United Kingdom (10%) see minor but notable adjustments due to tariff imbalances.
Meanwhile, nations such as Brazil (10%), Australia (10%), and Singapore (10%) maintain relatively stable trade relations with minimal tariff hikes.
