Iran welcomes Saudi pledge to keep airspace closed for strikes

The ambassador's remarks highlight Tehran's recognition of Saudi Arabia's stance amid heightened regional tensions.
Before the outbreak of hostilities, Saudi Arabia supported diplomatic efforts to reduce tensions between Tehran and Washington and confirmed its airspace would remain closed for any military actions targeting Iran, the report said.
