Russia agrees to ceasefire talks: Trump after phone call with Putin

US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke on the phone for two hours on a cease-fire in Ukraine. Putin agreed to negotiate a ceasefire in a more than two-hour phone call between the two leaders on May 19. Trump later said Moscow and Kiev would soon begin talks on a ceasefire.
