The Trump administration has fired the head of the Pentagon's intelligence agency (DIA). On August 22, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth fired DIA chief Lieutenant General Jeffrey Cruz and two other senior military commanders. However, the Pentagon has not yet revealed the reason for the dismissal.
