Will appeal against the dismissal of the writ: Lawyer for the writ petitioner

The High Court has dismissed a writ petition filed by BNP leader Ishraque Hossain seeking directions not to administer oath to him as the mayor of Dhaka South City Corporation. The writ petitioner's lawyer, Zahirul Islam Musa, said that an appeal will be filed against the order. He told reporters after the High Court's order on May 22.
