BNP disagrees on the process of forming a bicameral parliament

The political parties' discussions with the consensus commission were on the process of forming a bicameral parliament. While most parties agreed on the formation of an upper house based on proportional representation, the BNP did not agree. After the discussions on June 29, BNP standing committee member Salah Uddin Ahmed presented the party's position.
