In outsourcing: Incentives for Eid and Boishakh, along with maternity leave benefits

The "Service Procurement Policy 2025" has been issued for outsourced service workers. According to the policy issued by the government, workers will receive festival incentives equivalent to half of their monthly service value during two annual festivals, i.e., during the Eids. Additionally, on the occasion of Bengali New Year, they will receive a Boishakhi incentive amounting to one-fifth of their monthly service value.
