Babur Ali has conquered Annapurna-I as the first Bangladeshi
On April 7, 2025, a new chapter of mountaineering glory was added to the history of Bangladesh. Chattogram's climber Babar Ali became the first Bangladeshi to conquer one of the most dangerous peaks in the world, Mount Annapurna-I. He reached this icy summit, which stands at an altitude of 26,545 feet, on the morning of April 7.
