Turtle Beach unveils wireless gaming mouse with built-in touchscreen
The Command Series MC7, priced at $159.99, includes a 2.25-inch touchscreen on its left side and is available for pre-order ahead of a global launch
Gaming accessories maker Turtle Beach has announced a new wireless mouse featuring an integrated display, expanding customisation options for players and streamers.
The Command Series MC7, priced at $159.99, includes a 2.25-inch touchscreen on its left side and is available for pre-order ahead of a global launch scheduled for 19 July 2026, reports VideoCardz.
The display allows users to adjust DPI settings, switch between five onboard profiles, trigger macros and launch applications directly from the mouse. It also supports streaming controls through OBS (Open Broadcaster Software), enabling functions such as scene switching and microphone muting, as well as real-time system monitoring.
The MC7 supports 33 programmable functions and is compatible with Turtle Beach's Swarm II software.
The mouse is equipped with the company's Owl-Eye 30K optical sensor, offering a sensitivity range of 50 to 30,000 DPI, tracking speeds of up to 750 inches per second and acceleration of 70g. It supports polling rates of up to 8,000 Hz via 2.4 GHz wireless or USB, with Bluetooth connectivity also available.
Other hardware features include Titan Optical Switches rated for 150 million clicks and an adaptive 4D scroll wheel that can toggle between stepped and free-spinning modes.
Battery life is limited compared with some competing wireless devices, with the MC7 providing up to 10 hours of use when the touchscreen and LED lighting are active. Disabling both can extend usage to around 15 hours.
To address this, the mouse includes two hot-swappable 1000 mAh batteries and a charging dock, allowing one battery to be used while the other charges.
