Track your diet

Keep track of your meals to ensure your diet is balanced. Samsung Health also lets you easily monitor your daily water and coffee intake. Simply select the minus and plus sign under the 'Water Intake' icon, and you will be able to increase or decrease the amount of milliliter of water you have consumed throughout the day. You can also compare the number of glasses of water you have consumed throughout the week.

Take a moment to relax

Remember to give your mind and body a rest after a busy day. Simply select 'Discover' at the bottom right hand of Samsung Health's home screen and select 'Mindfulness'.

Moreover, by measuring your heart rate and other factors, the Stress tracker will also let you know when you need to take a break.

Establish a bedtime routine

Keeping to a regular bedtime schedule is key to maintaining your wellbeing. Monitor your sleep patterns and keep track of your nighttime habits to improve sleep quality. In the Samsung Health app, simply scroll down and then select the 'Sleep' icon. Set the bedtime and the time when you like to wake up in the morning.

Keep your workouts fresh

With Samsung Health on the Galaxy Watch series, you can quickly start various indoor workouts to keep challenging yourself. Simply tap the Samsung Health icon on the home screen. Scroll down and select 'Exercise'. Tap 'Workout' to access different exercise trackers. Select an exercise to start tracking.

You can also find new workout ideas and tailored programs in the Samsung Health 'Discover' section. Tap 'Discover' at the bottom right-hand corner of Samsung Health's home screen and then select 'Programs'. Then browse through the programs and choose the one you would like to do or follow.
