As Cyclone Hamoon develops in the Bay of Bengal, threatening Bangladesh's coastal districts, it's critical to keep aware and prepared.

In recent years the role of technology in weather forecasting and information transmission has been outstanding and there are many websites that provide real-time tracking and information on the storm's progress. Some of the websites have mobile apps too.

To combat the disruptive impacts of natural calamities like Cyclone Hamoon, these apps can be a great help. They can give detailed forecasts regarding when the storm will hit.
