Manchester City have reportedly reached an agreement to sign Valencia winger Ferran Torres. The 20 year old will make the move to the Etihad once a fee is agreed. (Eurosport)

Birmingham City's Jude Bellingham has reportedly completed a medical with Borussia Dortmund ahead of a move to the Germans. The 17 year is set to cost around €25m and was target for Manchester United. (Sky Sports)
