Tanzid, Al Amin score centuries in a drawn match
BCB XI scored 288/5 in reply to Zimbabwe XI's 291/7.

Under 19 world cup winner, Tanzid Hasan continued on his fine form by hitting a century against touring Zimbabwe.
His innings along with another century from Captain Al Amin, helped BCB XI draw the practice match against Zimbabwe XI
Tanzid and 5 other members of the U19 WC winning team were called up for the two-day practice match against Zimbabwe.
The visitors declared on their overnight score of 291/7.
BCB XI did not have a good start to the morning session as they lost three quick wickets.
Mohammad Naim, Mahmudul Hasan Joy and Shahadat Hossain got out cheaply and the hosts were stifling at 39/3.
A mini resurgence was orchestrated by Parvez Hossain and skipper Al-Amin.
Zimbabweans struck again, to come back strongly.
BCB XI were struggling at that point with the score on 69/5.
Then Al-Amin and Tanzid Hasan built a partnership to rescue the team.
They added 200 runs for the sixth wicket. Tamim contributed with a masterful century. His ton came just after the tea, in only 87 balls and included ten 4s and five 6s.
Tanzid's partner reached his century also in the last session of the day. After 59.3 overs BCB Xi scored 288/5, with Al Amin not out on 100 and Tanzid was 125*.
The two Captains decided to accept a draw after this.
After the match, both the batsmen dedicated their efforts to their late coaches.
"I want to dedicate my century to Muslim Uddin., He was my coach at the district levels. He passed away a few days back," said Tanzid.
BCB XI skipper Al Amin also dedicated his century to his late coach.
"I also would like to dedicate my century to my late coach Abdul Hadi Ratan. He passed away four years back. He was my cricket coach in my younger days" he said.
