Indian users on Twitter attributed someone else's tweets to the Spiderman actor Tom Holland and #boycottspiderman started to trend on the micro-blogging site. It happened due to identical names of a cricketer-historian and the spiderman actor.

Historian and cricketer Tom Holland tweeted about the renaming of Motera Stadium after Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi.
