Messi picks Yamal and rising stars to debut latest Adidas boots
Messi won’t be the only one stepping out in the striking boots. He’s selected ten of the most exciting young players in the world to join him, with Yamal — widely regarded as his natural successor — headlining the group.

Lionel Messi is backing the next wave of football talent, with Barcelona's teenage sensation Lamine Yamal leading the charge.
The Inter Miami star will wear Adidas' brand new F50 'La Vida Tropical' boots when his side take on Columbus Crew in Major League Soccer on 19 April. Styled in bright pink and turquoise, the design reflects the colour and vibrancy of Miami, Messi's adopted footballing home.

Speaking to ESPN, Messi was full of praise for the 16-year-old winger:
"Lamine is an amazing player with the ability he's shown… He is a European champion and will continue to add more to his game, just as I did when I started on the right side," Messi said. "He has great potential… one of the best players in the world."
