IUB resumes departmental futsal tournament
Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) hosted its second Intra-IUB Departmental Futsal Tournament from July 20 to August 3, 2025, after a two-year break.
A total of 24 teams participated, creating a vibrant and competitive atmosphere on campus. The grand finale on 3 August saw HR Mercenaries crowned champions, while ENV Green Gladiators finished as runners-up.
Individual honours went to Rifat Mahmud (Most Valuable Player) and joint Top Scorers Miraz Khan (INB) and Nishan (Law). Faculty members attended and cheered, adding to the spirited atmosphere.
