Hridoy's BPL century earns nomination for ESPNcricinfo's T20 league batting performance of the year
He remained unbeaten on 108 off 57 balls, guiding Comilla to victory and earning the Player of the Match award.

Towhid Hridoy's outstanding century in the last Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) season has earned him a nomination for ESPN Cricinfo's T20 League Batting Performance of the Year.
Hridoy played a crucial role for Comilla's journey to the final, and his century against Dhaka was one of the standout performances of the competition.
It was the first hundred of the season and came when his team was under significant pressure.
Batting first, Durdanto Dhaka posted 175 runs, setting up a challenging chase. Comilla's reply started poorly, losing three wickets for just 23 runs. With the team struggling, Hridoy took charge, displaying remarkable composure to steer his side out of danger.
He remained unbeaten on 108 off 57 balls, guiding Comilla to victory and earning the Player of the Match award. His exceptional knock has now been recognised with a nomination for one of the top honours in T20 franchise cricket.
