As a mark of respect for the victims, the BCB has announced a series of commemorative gestures to be observed during Tuesday’s second T20 International between Bangladesh and Pakistan at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has expressed its profound sorrow over the tragic crash of a Bangladesh Air Force fighter jet in Uttara on Monday, which has so far claimed 27 lives and left at least 171 others injured.
As a mark of respect for the victims, the BCB has announced a series of commemorative gestures to be observed during Tuesday's second T20 International between Bangladesh and Pakistan at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.
Players from both teams, along with team officials and match referees, will wear black armbands during the match. A minute's silence will be observed prior to the start of play to honour those who lost their lives in the devastating incident.
In order to maintain a solemn atmosphere, no music will be played in the stadium throughout the match. Furthermore, national flags at all BCB venues, including the Sher-e-Bangla stadium, will be flown at half-mast for the day.
In addition to the matchday tributes, the BCB will arrange special prayers and a milad mahfil, seeking peace for the departed souls and a swift recovery for the injured.
