Taylor Swift heading to theatres again

Taylor Swift will return to the big screen this fall with 'Taylor Swift: The Official Release Party of a Showgirl', an 89-minute cinema event launching 3 October, the same day her new album 'The Life of a Showgirl' arrives.
The program will screen across all 540 AMC Theatres in North America, along with thousands of additional locations including Regal and Cinemark. International audiences in more than 100 countries—including the UK, Canada, France, Germany, Australia and New Zealand—will also get access during release weekend, with more territories to follow later in October.
The event will feature the premiere of the music video for 'The Fate of Ophelia,' behind-the-scenes footage, lyric videos, and Swift's personal reflections on her 12th studio album.
Unlike traditional screenings, audiences will be encouraged to sing and dance, though standing on seats or blocking aisles will be prohibited.
Swift's last theatrical release, 'Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour (2023)', became the highest-grossing concert film in history, earning $262 million worldwide. While this limited engagement won't match that scale, theatre operators expect another major box-office boost.
