A K Rahul’s yet another metal milestone
In a landmark moment for the Bangladeshi music scene, A K Rahul and his band recently electrified Bangkok, Thailand, performing as the opening act for international metalcore giants Memphis May Fire. For Rahul, the concert represented the culmination of a decade-long journey, having followed the American band for over a decade.
The atmosphere was described as "surreal" by the musician, who took to social media to share his disbelief and joy. The highlight of the night occurred when the headliners acknowledged him directly from the stage, leading Rahul to post: "Memphis May Fire said 'Shoutout to A K Rahul' on stage... my life is complete!"
The Thai audience offered an enthusiastic reception that Rahul characterised as overwhelming. He emphasised that this international breakthrough would have been impossible without the unwavering support of his fans.
"Sharing the stage with such a prestigious act is a monumental achievement for us," Rahul stated during a live broadcast. "This has truly been a dream come true."
As the band prepares to release vlogs and behind-the-scenes footage of their tour, this performance marks a significant leap forward, cementing their growing reputation on the global stage.
