BNP holds preparatory meeting for Victory Day concert

'Sabar Age Bangladesh' (Bangladesh first of all), a newly launched social and cultural platform of BNP, held a preparatory meeting yesterday (13 December) for hosting a Victory Day concert on 16 December with the participation of the country's leading artistes.

The meeting was held at the 'BNP Media Cell' office at Udoy Tower on Gulshan Avenue in the capital this evening, according to a press release.

'Sobar Age Bangladesh' convener and BNP Joint Secretary General Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Annie, party's Treasurer M Rashiduzzaman Millat, Publicity Secretary Sultan Salahuddin Tuku, Student Affairs Secretary Rakibul Islam Bakul, Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal President Munayem Munna, Swechchhasebak Dal President SM Jilani, Jubo Dal General Secretary Nurul Islam Nayon, Swechchhasebak Dal General Secretary Rajib Ahsan, Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal President Rakibul Islam Rakib and General Secretary Nasiruddin Nasir, Media Cell members Atiqur Rahman Rumon and Zahidul Islam Rony and Ehsan Mahmud were present.

The concert will be held at Manik Mia Avenue in the capital in the afternoon on December 16, the release said.
