The ceremony started with Surah Fatiha and the national anthem in the school auditorium. In his welcome address, Mr Timothy Donald Fisher expressed that British Sterling Education is eager to invest in the education sector in Bangladesh and aims to create national and international opportunities for Bangladeshi teachers and students. International Hope School Bangladesh organises significant competitions such as the IHSB Business Carnival, Bangla Olympiad, and STEM Fest as part of this mission. He stated, "Our goal is for students to become self-reliant, entrepreneurial, and to work as a team to advance the nation." He added that they aim to establish a branch of a British University in Dhaka and a teacher training centre for teachers across Bangladesh.

The British Deputy High Commissioner and British Development Director in Bangladesh, Mr. James Goldman, stated, "  I recently came to Bangladesh, where the British government is investing in education. Yesterday, I visited a school for underprivileged children funded by the British government. Today, I am here at the IHSB Business Carnival, and the British government is keen to invest further in youth education in Bangladesh. It's great to see Stirling's education here. I know partnerships like this between the UK and Bangladesh. They added value along with collaboration and two countries working together. Stirling doesn't invest just in education but also invests in young people."

Students participate in three business and entrepreneurship-related competitions at the IHSB Business Carnival. In "Friedman's Fallacy," students will solve various economic issues. The exhibition will also provide business-related advice and feedback. In addition to the exhibition, various competitions will be held.

On the final day, stalls set up by the school's students will feature various items, including food. The fair and exhibition will be open daily from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
