Apurba gets divorced after nine years of marriage

Television actor Ziaul Faruq Apurba and wife Nazia Hassan have got divorced after nine years of marriage. Apurba and Nazia confirmed this news via social media yesterday.

Apurba's former wife Nazia Hassan wrote a facebook status regarding this issue and requested everyone to respect their privacy. She also urged everyone not to judge Apurba for this decision.

However, she did not give any specific details about the divorce and said, "I divorced with Apurba, and that is the truth."

On the other hand, Apurba also took to social media describing the dissolution of his marriage. He urged everyone to not spread any fake news regarding this issue. 

Apurba and Nazia got married on July 14, 2011. They have a son named Ayyash.
