2nd international conference on 'Information and Communication Technology for Sustainable Development' held

The three-day-long 2nd international conference on 'Information and Communication Technology for Sustainable Development' organised by Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) has successfully concluded on Saturday (23 September).

In the closing ceremony, the chief patron of this conference BUP Vice Chancellor Major General Md Mahbub-ul Alam awarded certificates to three outstanding research papers, three exceptional presentations and best logo design, reads a press release. 

BUP military and civil high officials, faculty members, students along with invited guests from home and abroad were also present.

Mentionable that the Department of Information and Communication Engineering of BUP had organised this international conference with the theme 'Shaping a sustainable future through advancement in information and communication technology'. 

In the conference, numerous keynote speakers from home and abroad delivered their topics while about hundred papers, out of 287 received from 15 different countries, were presented. An industry exhibition was also organised at BUP campus in this regard.
