Bejoy International and Department of social service, Bangladesh held a programme at a Chattogram hotel recently to celebrate the reunion of Papri with her parents.

Jaya, CEO of Bejoy International, joined with Department of social service over eight years ago to insure her rehabilitation at the Faridur DSS, safe home.

Little baby Papri, who was lost from her family about 16 years ago now see the Berlin family as her own. Jaya Berlin and her husband Jacob Berlin together with their five children gave Papri unspeakable love like their own children.

Jaya Berlin says she will miss her but everyone has a dream to be with their own parents. Berlins are so is happy for Papri to be reunited with her birth parents. They know the ties are strong and they still plan to stand beside her to help her accomplish all her dreams! She still is working as a trainer for Bejoy International. The reunion programme was very emotional and heart touching.

Chief Guest Aroma Dutta, member of parliament of constituency 11, was present virtually at the event chaired by Jaya Berlin. Special guest Md Kamrul Islam Chowdhury, joint secretary and director (Institution) Social Services.

Md Kazi Nazmul Islam, Director-Division Social Service Office Chattogram; Md Faridul Alam, deputy director, DSS-Chattogram; Mohammad Shahed Iqbal, councillor, Ward No-2, City Corporation, Chattogram; SM Shuja Uddin Rashed, social service officer, Faridpur; Jaya Berlin's husband Jacob Berlin and Papri's parents and many others were also present.

Bejoy International is there to empower anyone who is helpless to believe that they can stand own their own.
