With an aim to meet the increasing demand for residential apartments in Bashundhara and Uttara areas in Dhaka, the BProperty.com Limited, the only property solutions provider in Bangladesh, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Assure Group.

Under this agreement, 14 different real estate projects of Assure Group are exclusively being marketed by Bproperty. Out of 14 projects, 10 are located in Uttara area while the rest in Bashundhara residential area, said a press release.

The agreement was signed on Sunday at the Bproperty head office in the capital. Mark Nosworthy, chief executive officer of Bproperty, and M Arifur Rahman Shazal, chief executive officer of Assure Group signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

Among others from Bproperty—Rejbeen Ahsan, general manager, Khairul Alam, manager for business development, Mahzabin Chowdhury, manager for marketing, and Helal Uddin, head of sales, land and primary, and from the Assure Group—Mohammad Saiful Islam Sarker, assistant general manager for marketing and sales, Pulak Biswas, manager for business development, attended the event.

The 10 real ready apartment projects of Assure Group in Uttara the customers can buy are— Assure Blessing, Assure Monowara US Tower, Assure Maya Villa, Assure Nandigram, Assure Camellia Garden, Assure Zaara, Assure Noborong, Assure Chaya Neer, Assure Himika, and the Assure Oasis.

Besides, the four projects in Bashundhara area include— Assure Cherry Blossom, Assure Moni Chandrima, Assure Maisha Lake View and the Princess.

Mark Nosworthy said, ''This is one of the biggest projects we have signed in recent times. We are hopeful that this agreement will allow us to provide better apartment solutions in Uttara and the Bashundhara residential areas."
