Canada’s food giant's CEO blames Trump for Iran’s jet downing
McCain said he’s 'very angry' and 'livid' for the death of an employee and his family on Flight 752
Michael McCain, the CEO of Canada's biggest food company, Maple Leaf Foods took to Twitter on Sunday night to express his anger on the tragic plane crash of Ukrainian International Airlines Flight 752.
McCain was even more frustrated because of the death of a company colleague and his family who were in the flight.
The Iranian government said on Saturday that it had mistakenly shot down the passenger jet, killing all 176 people on board. There were 57 Canadians on the flight.

In a tweet thread, McCain openly blamed the American assassination of Iranian military leader Qasem Soleimani, calling it "an ill-conceived plan," and that the "collateral damage of this irresponsible, dangerous, ill-conceived behaviour" were the passengers on that flight.
