  • Ducsu VP Nur was attacked for multiple times by Chhatra League men after he came into prominence through Quota reform protest
  • He was elected as Ducsu VP in March this year
  • In the latest, he was attacked inside his Ducsu office on December 22 

A case has been filed with capital's Shahbagh police station over the attack on Dhaka University Central Student's Union (DUCSU) Vice President Nurul Haque Nur.

Sub Inspector Abdur Roich filed the case last night against 30/35 people mentioning eight names, said Officer-in-Charge Abul Hossain.

The accused include- Aminul Islam Bulbul, Al Mamun, ASM Sonnet, Yeasin Arafat Turjo, Imran Sarker, Eyad Al Riyad, Mahbub Hassan Niloy and Touhidul Islam Mahim.

On December 22, a section of Muktijuddha Mancha activists allegedly carried out an attack on Nur and his followers inside his Ducsu office on the Dhaka University campus.
