Daraz Bangladesh hires 3 differently-abled employees

Daraz Bangladesh has recruited three differently-abled persons in a bid to inspire the inclusion of these marginalised people into the mainstream job market.

They have joined Daraz as "Quality Control Officers" in fulfillment under the Operations department.

In collaboration with Adamya Foundation, which has been working to bring about a positive change in society by providing the underprivileged group with necessary training since 2013, Daraz has attempted to create employment opportunities for people who have some physical disability.

Under the collaboration, Daraz has roped in three people who have all the acumen and caliber necessary to work in a competitive office defying their physical Challenges.

People who are physically challenged; have long been deprived of the mainstream job prospect and so, there was little scope for them to earn their bread and butter respectfully.

In a press release, Daraz claimed to possess a vision to play their bit for the development of society by providing an opportunity to the differently-abled people under different collaborations in the days to come.
