DC Comics newest hero has the coolest powers (Spoiler Alert)

DC Comics just debuted a brand new hero called Flatline in Robin #1, who's got some of the coolest, darkest powers in the DC Universe. In Robin #1, Damian Wayne enters the League of Lazarus tournament, where he is easily defeated by Flatline, his first opponent, who has the ability to learn from the deaths of others and prevent it from happening to her.

Damian is searching for the League of Lazarus, turning his back on the Bat-Family and his father in order to compete in the mighty game, as seen in the comic of Robin #1. Damian wants to win the League of Lazarus tournament not only to become a warrior hero, but also to figure out why his parents, Talia Al Ghul and Bruce Wayne, withheld it from him in the first place.

Flatline rips out Robin's heart from his chest at the end of the issue. Damian's pride will undoubtedly be shattered after he foolishly challenged every competitor in the tournament and was killed in combat due to Flatline's death-related abilities. Given that they're on Lazarus Island, it'd be stunning if Damian wasn't resurrected in a Lazarus Pit right away. But when he's back, he'll definitely have to be more tactical and aware of Flatline's powers if he ever wants to win a rematch fight.
