Gas outage to hit some areas of Tongi tomorrow

Some areas of Tongi will see disruption in gas supply for nine hours on Thursday, due to maintenance works in supply line.

Duttapara, Bonmala and adjacent areas of Tongi will face gas outage from 9am to 6pm, Somoy TV reports quoting Titas Gas Transmission Company.

During the period, the authorities will fix problems of gas pipelines at Tongi-Joydevpur Rail line of Bonmala area.

Gas connection to residential, commercial and industrial institutions will remain suspended in these areas for nine hours.

Additionally, low gas pressure problem can be seen its adjacent areas during the restoration work at pipelines.
