12 DU students expelled permanently for admission fraud
151 other students were also suspended for different terms
The disciplinary committee of Dhaka University (DU) has expelled a total of 12 students permanently while 151 others were suspended for different terms due to their allegation in admission test forgery and digital fraudulence found true.
The committee took the decision after a syndicate meeting at Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban on Sunday evening, says a press release.
DU Vice Chancellor Prof Md Akhtaruzzaman presided over the meeting while other members of the committee were present.
