During this session, DSEX, the key index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) rose by 0.36% or 19.94 points to 5,436 till 11:30 am

Stocks witness positive trend at opening

Indices of the both stock exchanges witnessed an upward trend in the first one-and-half hour of trading session on Sunday.

During this session, DSEX, the key index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) rose by 0.36% or 19.94 points to 5,436 till 11:30 am.

Turnover, one of the major indicators of the DSE, fell by 7% to Tk286.59 crore during the session.

While, 170 companies share price rose, 52 issues fell and 101 issues price remain unchanged during the session at the DSE.

The benchmark index CASPI at the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) gained 30 points to 15,680 till 11:30 am.
