Quite often random things occur in our mind. We want to know what is happening around us. We want to know things which may or may not be in our need. Just as, what might the estimated value of the most expensive car right now? Well, the most expensive cars are not merely about the price tag. Instead, it is all about meticulously-manufactured awe-inspiring designs, smart features, power, and speed. So let us find out the most expensive cars in the world. 

1. Bugatti La Voiture Noire

  • Estimated Value: $18.7 million

Bugatti La Voiture is the first supercar that hits the top 10 most expensive cars globally. Bugatti's La Voiture Noire is the world's most expensive new car ever sold — $18.68 million. Bugatti plans to sell two custom-made cars every year. Portugal's national footballer and Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo has bought the car for himself as a gift. One of the most amazing thing about this car is that it can accelerate from 0-100Kmh within 2.4 seconds. From precious engines to luxurious design, Voiture Noire is one of the highest pedestal cars which is why this car wins the top place in this list.

2. Pagani Zonda HP Barchetta

Pagani Zonda HP Barchetta is another high-end car that steals the place in the list of the world's most expensive cars. Pagani Automobili SpA.is an Italian manufacturer of sports cars and carbon fibre components. The company was founded in 1992 by the Argentinian Horacio Pagani and is based in San Cesario sul Panaro, near Modena, Italy. Pagani Zonda was last sold at $17.5 million. The frame of the car was of carbon fibre, which makes it ultra-light. Its name Barchetta which means a Little boat in the Italian language, gives you the need for speed. The height of the car is only 21 inches.

3. Rolls-Royce Sweptail

Rolls Royce Sweptail is one of the world's expensive cars with the most remarkable and defining features. The Rolls-Royce Sweptail is a one-off large luxury car made in the United Kingdom by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. At the time of its May 2017 debut at the yearly Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este event, it was the most expensive new automobile in the world, costing around $12.8 million. As its name says, the Rolls Royce gives a true sense of royal pleasure and a luxurious feel. While the vehicles are still built in England, Rolls-Royce is actually owned today by BMW.

Bugatti Centodieci is also one of the most expensive cars in the world. Bugatti Centodieci's luxurious features and splendid body design makes it completely memorable vehicle that one can buy. The Bugatti produced this supercar in the 90s, and till now, it is one of the top decadents and the most iconic car that was ever made.

Bugatti always has the reputation of providing the most expensive cars in the world. And now continue to maintain that reputation with the new Bugatti Divo. The Bugatti Divo is a mid-engine track-focused sports car developed and manufactured by Bugatti Automobiles SAS. The car is named after French racing driver Albert Divo, who raced for Bugatti in the 1920s winning the Targa Florio race twice. Till now, only 40 Bugatti Divo has been sold, which further shows how expensive it is.

6. Pagani Huayra Imola

Pagani Huayra Imola is the most expensive car provided by Pagani production. Named after the famous Italian racing track, the Imola is a special variant of the Huayra featuring aggressive aerodynamic parts. This car is solely dedicated to its speed and extravagant body design. Imola features a V12 engine that offers super speed. Its aerodynamic system allows adjusting the four mobile winglets to enhance the current driving condition.

Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita is another entry in the list. "Trevita" is a Swedish abbreviation that translates into "three whites". The Koenigsegg visible carbon weave bodywork is renowned around the globe for its uniqueness and perfection. When sunlight hits the Trevita, it sparkles as if millions of tiny white diamonds are infused inside the visible carbon fibre bodywork. Till date, only two Koenigsegg Trevita have been made and sold.

The Lamborghini Veneno is a limited production high performance sports car manufactured by Italian automobile manufacturer Lamborghini. Based on the Lamborghini Aventador, the Veneno was developed to celebrate Lamborghini's 50th anniversary. The car features the Aventador's V12 engine that squeezes out high acceleration and 740 brake horsepower

9. McLaren F1 Gordon Murray T.50

This car is designed by Gordon Murray and inspired by the McLaren F1 the T.50 is developed by Cosworth. The exceptional thing about this F1 inspired car is its naturally aspirated V-12 engine and six-speed manual gearbox. This compact machine is ready to serve at the speed of 220 mph.

10. Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+
