On 11 June 2026, SpaceX raised a record $75 billion by selling 555.6 million shares at $135 each, making it the largest IPO in history. The offering more than doubled the previous record of $29.4 billion set by Saudi Aramco, pushing founder Elon Musk to become the world's first trillionaire.
