Govt amending law with death penalty for rapists

Law Minister Anisul Huq said that the proposed amendment will be sent to the Cabinet for approval

The law ministry is amending the existing law making death penalty as maximum punishment for rape.

Law Minister Anisul Huq told UNB that the proposed amendment will be sent to the Cabinet for approval.
