Elite Group to observe founder’s death anniversary
Today marks the 41st death anniversary of Seraj Uddin Ahmed, founding chairman of Elite Paint Group of Companies and a pioneering figure in Bangladesh's business sector.
Ahmed was also a founding director of Arab Bangladesh Bank Ltd, a former president of the Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and a former chairman of the Tea Traders Association of Bangladesh.
To commemorate the occasion, a milad mahfil, followed by a ziafat, will be held at the Golf Garden, Army Golf Club, Dhaka.
