Indices witness mixed performance at session opening
Turnover on the DSE trading floor declined by 14% to Tk306.12crore during the session

Indices of the country's two main bourses witnessed a mixed performance amid investors selling pressure in the first one-and-half-hour trading session on Sunday.
DSEX, the key index of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) increased 4.81 points - to reach at 5,000 till 11:30am.
However, the benchmark index CASPI at the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) lost 26 points to close at 14,262.
Turnover on the DSE trading floor declined by 14% to Tk306.12crore during the session.
Moreover, the Shariah index, DSES rose 2 points to settle at 1,128 and the blue-chip index DS30 decreased 1.66 points to stand at 1,709.
Out of the 349 issues traded during the same time frame, 169 company's share prices advanced, 121 declined, and 59 remained unchanged.
