The International Crimes Tribunal-1 (ICT-1) set 19 April for the charge framing hearing against 12 accused, including former MP Shamim Osman, in a crimes against humanity case over 10 deaths in Narayanganj during the 2024 July Uprising.
The order was passed by a two-member tribunal led by Justice Md Golam Mortuza Majumdar today (5 April).

He sought time to appoint state defence lawyers for them and to proceed with the formal framing of charges.
The tribunal then fixed 19 April for the next hearing.
