Mild 4.1 magnitude earthquake felt in parts of Bangladesh
The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) and India’s National Centre for Seismology (NCS) reported that the tremor struck at 4:36 am on 3 February.
A mild earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale was felt across parts of Bangladesh early on Tuesday, seismological agencies said.

Bangladesh's Meteorological Department said the epicentre was in Kolaroa of Satkhira district, with the quake originating at a depth of about 150 kilometres.
Residents in Satkhira, Khulna, Jessore and surrounding areas reported light shaking, the department said.
No casualties or damage were immediately reported.
