BSCL signs deal with b-trac solutions to market starlink services
Bangladesh Satellite Company Limited has appointed B-Trac Solutions Limited as its authorised partner and sales agent for satellite-based internet services Starlink in Bangladesh.
The agreement was signed on 26 January, 2026 at the head office of Bangladesh Satellite Company Limited in Dhaka.
Under the agreement, B-Trac Solutions Limited will work closely with BSCL to market, sell, implement and operate Starlink products and services across the country, with a particular focus on entrepreneurs and corporate clients.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of BSCL Dr Muhammad Imadur Rahman said, "This is a significant milestone in Bangladesh's digital connectivity journey. Advanced satellite communication technology like Starlink will help deliver high-speed internet to remote and underserved areas of the country. Our collaboration with B-Trac Solutions, supported by its experience and network, will further strengthen customer service for these offerings."
Group Director of Bangla Trac Group Major General (retd) Md Ashikuzzaman said, "This partnership with BSCL will accelerate the rollout of Starlink services across Bangladesh. We are committed to ensuring enhanced connectivity for key sectors such as industry, education and healthcare, while providing reliable technical support and prompt services to every customer."
Starlink is a satellite internet service operated by SpaceX, a United States–based aerospace company. It began commercial operations in Bangladesh on 20 May, 2025, offering high-speed, low-latency satellite internet services.
The signing ceremony was attended by senior officials from both organisations. Representing BSCL were Managing Director and CEO Dr Muhammad Imadur Rahman; General Manager (Admin and Procurement) Md Golam Sarowar; and General Manager (Sales and Marketing) Shah Ahmedul Kabir.
From B-Trac Solutions Limited, attendees included Major General (retd) Md Ashikuzzaman, Group Director of Bangla Trac Group; Group CFO of Bangla Trac Group Fahad Mahmud Islam; Chief Executive Officer of B-Trac Solutions Limited M Tanvir Siddique; Head of Projects Safayet Abdullah; Strategic Account Manager Golam Mustofa Ahad; and Senior Executive Mushbia Sukrana Mahe.
