Russian national found dead at Rooppur housing complex, doctors suspect stroke

A Russian employee working at the Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant was found dead in his dormitory at the Green City residential complex yesterday (4 January).
Police said the body was recovered in the afternoon and later sent to the morgue of Pabna General Hospital for a post-mortem examination, reports The Daily Star.
The deceased was identified as Raibak Maksim, 30, an employee of Atomotech Energy Company, who had been residing in building 8 at the Green City complex.

Police personnel subsequently arrived at the scene and recovered the body. Preliminary information from doctors suggests the death may have been caused by a stroke, the OC said.
After completing the autopsy and necessary legal formalities, the body was handed over later that night. However, the post-mortem report had not been received yet.
