Tarique, family members visit Khaleda at Evercare

BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman went to Evercare Hospital in Dhaka tonight (29 December) to see his ailing mother, BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia.

He arrived at the hospital at 10:10pm, according to BNP Media Cell member Shairul Kabir Khan.

Tarique's wife Dr Zubaida Rahman, other close family members and BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir were also present.

Khaleda Zia has been receiving treatment at Evercare Hospital, located in the Bashundhara Residential Area, since 23 November. According her personal physician, Dr AZM Zahid Hossain, Khaleda's condition remains critical.
