NRBC Bank wraps up 10-day foundation training for 36 officials
NRBC Bank PLC has concluded a 10-day Foundation Training Course at the bank's Training Institute.
Dr Md Touhidul Alam Khan, Managing Director and CEO, attended the closing ceremony as Chief Guest and distributed certificates among the 36 officials from various divisions, branches, and sub-branches.
Addressing participants, Dr Khan said human resource development is the bank's highest priority, noting that skilled and dedicated employees are its core strength.

He urged officers to maintain a continuous learning mindset and to contribute to sustainable growth through sincerity and innovation.
He also advised them to uphold honesty, integrity, and professionalism to strengthen customers' and society's trust in the bank.
Among others, Harunur Rashid, DMD & CFO; Mohammad Abdul Qaium Khan, DMD & COO; and Hafiz Imroz Mahmud, Head of Human Resources Division, were present.
