Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and manage retail, agency, individual life insurance, distribution channels, and strategies
- Lead the nationwide sales team, including divisional/regional offices, agency branches, and other offices, to achieve budgeted objectives and KPIs
- Capitalise on new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand the company's retail presence across Bangladesh
- Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of Sales Managers, Agency Supervisors, and Distribution Teams
- Monitor sales campaigns, bonus initiatives, market trends, and competitors' activities
- Utilise data-driven insights to forecast sales, optimise performance, and mitigate risks
- Ensure a customer-centric approach by improving engagement, developing products, and coordinating campaigns and events
Education
- Bachelor/Honours degree
- Masters degree
Experience
- 12 to 15 years
- Applicants should have experience in Banks, Insurance, Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), or Multinational Companies
